Guide to SMS Conversations

1.  Visit the SMS Conversations page

Visit the SMS Conversations at: https://yourportalname.campusesp.com/admin/sms-conversations. You can also get here by navigating to Content-->SMS Conversations.

2.  View your list of SMS Conversations

On the left hand side of the SMS Conversations view, you will see a list of conversations. 

PRO-TIP: Unread replies in SMS Conversations will display a red circle with the number of unread messages in it. Once an admit of the portal reads the message, it will no longer be marked unread.

3. Reply to an SMS Conversation 

Click on an SMS conversation in the left hand bar to reply. The most recent messages and responses in that conversation will be displayed.

To send a message in the conversation, type your message in the box at the bottom and click the Send button.
