Step 1: Click on the person icon in the top right corner and click on “Admin”:
Step 2: In the bar on the left-hand side, click on the “Communities” Tab:
Step 3: Click on the “Onboarding Forms” section:
Step 4: Click on the “Contact Information" Link (yours might be named differently):
Step 5: You can edit your details, questions, and rules by clicking on the different tabs at the top of the page:
Step 6: When you have finished editing, click back onto the “Details” tab at the top and scroll down to the blue “Update Form” Button. Click the button to confirm changes.
