NOTE: Keep in mind that deleting users should be a last resort option. It is always better to maintain a paper trail of user data and unsubscribe users first, but we recognize that sometimes deleting a user is best.
1) Click on the sign in icon and click on “Admin”:
2) Access the Users tab
Click on the “Users” tab on the left-hand side and then search for the user you need to delete in the Users search box:
Click on the user name and then scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the red box with the trash can icon:
When prompted, it will ask you if you are sure you want to delete the user:
Confirm. User is deleted!
