1. Visit your Communities page
Visit the Communities page here: https://yourportalname.campusesp.com/admin/communities. You can also get here by clicking on the Communities icon on the lefthand side.
2. Click on the community that you are interested in analyzing (Example: Campus Life)
3. Click on the "Members" tab and "Export Users" which will redirect you to the export users page
4. Click the new user export button on the top right corner of the export users page
5. Input your report name and select which groups you'd like to include in your export file.
In the case of this example, we are only looking to export parents that are members of the "Campus Life" community.
Once you select each group, click the "next, date filter" button.
6. Filter the report by user activity date.
Here are your options:
- Date user joined = Date the user CampusESP account was created
- Date of last user activity = Last date the user engaged with CampusESP, including email opens, content clicks and portal sign ins.
- Date of last user login = Last date the user signed in to the portal (Note: a user can be active on the platform without logging in)
Once selected, click the "next, select fields" button.
7. Select profile fields to include in your community member report.
You can include other fields and also navigate to the bottom of the page to include community membership details if you'd like.
When you're done, click the "done, create report" button.
8. Congrats - you just created a community member report within CampusESP!
Click "download file" to generate a CSV file of the data. You can also click regenerate file at any time to create an updated file with the same settings.
