Users of the Student Enrollment module in CampusESP have access to lots of reports to help analyze the impact of family engagement on enrollment results. This guide will provide a summary of the main funnel reports, with links to more specific guides on each report.
Funnel Snapshot
The Funnel Snapshot view allows you to see a summary of your funnel stages, filtered by one cohort. From here, you can see summary engagement results or expand a single stage to see engagement stats for your most engaged families in each stage.
From any of these views, you can export users or send communication to them, automatically filtered based on the report your viewing.
Funnel Conversion
Use the Funnel Conversion report to:
- View funnel conversion rates for students with parents using CampusESP
- See the ROI by connecting higher yield rates with higher parent engagement
- Customize reporting to view different entry terms and stage comparisons

Parent Promoter Score Quartiles
Parent Promoter Score is displayed as a percentile value, so you can easily compare families' scores to see who is most engaged within a specific cohort.
Use the Parent Promoter Score Quartiles report:
- Identify students that are likely to enroll, likely to not enroll, or are on the fence
- Prioritize counselor outreach to families that are likely to enroll
- Tailor communication based on engagement level and funnel stage
