When creating content in CampusESP, you can use our generative AI editor to create stronger content more quickly. This article will zoom in on the “Write with AI” option and share sample prompts to try out! This AI editor is configured for your institution directly and will create content that references your institution.
When creating a post, email, or text message, just click on the AI buttons on the content editor. You’ll see a drop down appear listing the options for your content.
When you click “Write with AI,” you’ll be able to enter a prompt for the AI editor to write the content for you.
You could always start simple and add in a message like this:

- Specify the details you’d like the editor to include.
- Write me an article for parents of first gen students at KSU about college lingo terms they may not know in order for them to best support their student.
- Specify a link that you’d like the AI editor to reference to make the post university-specific.
- Use the content from this website to write a bulleted article to first year parents at Kennesaw State University about tips for move-in.
- Specify the length you’d like the AI editor to consider. This can be especially helpful with text!
- Write me a 200 word or less article about how a new student can get involved at KSU. Make sure to add helpful hyperlinks.
- Specify the audience you’d like the editor to consider.
- Write me an article for a parent of a third year student at KSU about important events and deadlines and things they can do to support their student during the fall 2024 semester.
- Use the AI editor’s content as a base! Add in any links or university-specific info that it missed. AI is here to save time and create stronger content, but we always recommend proofreading to be sure it matches your tone!
