Why do Registered Accounts matter? Parents with a registered account in CampusESP are 11x more likely to have their student enroll at your institution. The Registered Accounts report can help you identify, contact, and export your most engaged families to increase the impact of your communication and staff’s time.
To get to the Registered Accounts report, visit your Funnels page, then click “Registered Accounts” in the left navigation.
From here, you can filter the report to look at an individual stage by expanding the stage and clicking “See all users.”
Then, you can choose to either export users, send announcement, or send SMS, and whichever you choose will automatically be filtered to only include those in the stage you chose with a registered account.
Here are some ideas of ways to use this Registered Accounts report to:
- Send a final reminder to submit deposits to Admitted families with a registered account
- Send final application deadline reminders to Inquiry families with a registered account
- Export a list of Admitted families with a registered account to your Admissions Counselors to make a call list at the end of the enrollment cycle
