- Creating your own Dashboard allows you to customize and easily access the key actions and metrics that matter most to you, all in one place. Every admin can have a different dashboard based on what their individual priorities are within the platform!

How can I make my own dashboard?

- Click on Options > Make Copy of Dashboard in the top right corner. Once you’ve created a copy of a dashboard, you will be able to make as many adjustments to widgets as you’d like, starting with renaming the dashboard.

Why can’t I edit the Default Dashboard?

- The Default Dashboard is locked because it is accessible to all admins. Making your own dashboard ensures any edits you make to you do not impact what others see. You are the only one who can see the dashboards you create.

What is the difference between a dashboard and a widget?
-
- A dashboard provides an all-in-one landing page for you to take key actions and view key metrics. Widgets are the individual sections within your dashboard that you can add and customize based on the actions and metrics that are most important to you, such as user growth, funnel conversions, top content metrics, posts pending approval, etc.

How do I add a new widget?

- Click on Edit in the top right corner and select Add Widget. You will now see a list of widgets, along with brief descriptions of each. Select the widget of your choice then press Add Widget. The newly added widget will be added to the bottom of your dashboard.

How do I reorder the widgets on my dashboard?

- Click on Edit in the top right corner. Once you’ve selected the Edit button, you can move widgets by pressing down and dragging them to your desired location. When you’re happy with the positioning, click Save or the widgets will revert back to their original position.

How do I edit an existing widget?

- Click on Edit in the top right corner. Select a widget and click on the three dots and the Edit button. You’ll then see different editing options such as renaming the widget or adjusting the time frame. Our Guide to Widgets dives into the edits you can make!

How frequently does the data on a widget update?

- The data updates nightly.
